Working in the field of construction since the age of 16, Laurent Lefebvre started his own business at age 23. He hired a half-dozen employees and armed himself with modest, often pre-owned, equipment. That is how Terimax Construction Inc. was founded in 1996.

The company saw rapid success, due to its determination, professionalism, honesty and integrity. Passionate about all work involving concrete, Mr. Lefebvre became known for his ambition. Today, located near the historic village of Alfred, Terimax Construction Inc. has roughly 40 employees.
